Next, visit a traditional producer of Parmigiano-Reggiano and tour the various production areas, from the milk heaters to the drying, salting and ageing rooms. Learn about the strict regulations that govern the production of this famo us hard cheese. As part of rich brunch, sample four different ageings of the cheese, paired with other local gourmet produce and a glass of Lambrusco.
 
Continue to the hills of Maranello for a self-guided visit of the Ferrari Museum.
