Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort mauritius has been lovingly developed on the site of one of Mauritius' best kept and most jealously guarded secrets, the former sugar estate of Bel Ombre. The Le Telfair Spa and Golf Resort, due to open in December of 2004, is situated on the Southern end of the island residing on an historic country estate.
Having been lovingly restored in traditional Mountain Colonial style, it offers a wealth of luxury and is unique to Mauritius with its lush surroundings.
Dating back over 200 years its historical soil harbours some of the rarest flora and fauna on the planet, adopted by colonial botanist Charles Telfair, whom the property is aptly named after.
