  • The competition is open to UK residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 or over.
  • The competition starts on 01st May 2018 and ends on 31st May 2018. The winner will be announced on 05th June 2018. The winner will be chosen by random selection from all entries received till the competition end date. Multiple entries are not permitted.
  • Employees of Away Holidays and Southall Travel Group are not permitted to enter.
  • There is no fee for entering the competition. Ineligible entries will be discarded. The participants may be required to prove their eligibility for the competition.
  • The promoter reserves the right to use the winner's name and image in any publicity material and the winner agrees for the same. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
  • The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • There will be only one winner. The winner will be notified by email. The winner must respond to the notification to claim the prize within 15 days from the date of notification failing which the prize will be forfeited. No claims/disputes in this regard will be entertained if a winner fails to claim the prize within the time limit stated above.
  • You must purchase/book the holiday within the timeframe given. Booking Period: The holiday offer can be booked only until 31st December 2018. Holiday is valid for stays only until 31st January 2019, except 15 December 2018 to 10th January 2019. The holiday offer is valid for two adults to travel from and return to London and for stay in Superior Room with breakfast. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferrable and is subject to availability. Flights are in economy class. Hotel accommodation is based on twin/double room sharing.
  • There is no cash alternative to the offer. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
