THE KITCHEN

The Kitchen caters to all palates thanks to its variety. Some nights may take you on a culinary journey to India; others, to Italy. But don’t let the variety fool you: we’ve figured out how to not only reduce, but get to zer

o food waste! It took some scheming and planning, but we now feed 700 meals per month to schoolkids from a neighbouring school. To get back to the restaurant, it’s facing the lagoon and pool with indoor and outdoor seating.

THE TERRACE & THE BAR

Past the lobby and Maison LUX* is a gorgeous space that opens onto the pool and Le Morne lagoon. That’s The Bar. The mustard couches, the neutral beiges and tropical green plants all exude that feel-good holiday feel. Sipping a cocktail
