Begin your day with a guided walk-through Yerevan’s historic centre, discovering highlights like Republic Square, the Opera House, Cascade Complex and views of Mount Ararat. Continue to Etchmiadzin Cathedral, the spiritual heart of Armenia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take part in a dolma-making masterclass, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, tour Voskevaz Winery and enjoy your first Armenian wine tasting. After returning to Yerevan, explore Saryan Street—a local favourite for wine bars.Welcome dinner with folk music.

Travel south to Khor Virap Monastery, famed for its close-up views of Mount Ararat and deep religious history. Next, visit the breathtaking Noravank Monastery, nestled in red rock canyons. Enjoy a countryside lunch featuring tonri khorovats (barbecue), then explore Areni Winery, home to the world’s oldest winemaking site. Return to Yerevan for dinner featuring Garni Yaragh (veal and eggplant).

Drive to the high-altitude shores of Lake Sevan and visit Sevanavank Monastery, overlooking the shimmering waters. Continue to Ijevan Wine-Brandy Factory for a tasting and lunch. Then head to theforests of Dilijan, often called "Armenian Switzerland" to visit Haghartsin Monastery. Dinner is a true local experience: savour khashlama and join a gata-making session in a family home.

Stop for lunch to enjoy khorovats and visit Vanadzor, known for its peaceful mountain setting. In Gyumri, Armenia's cultural capital, visit the studio of Bogdan Hovhannisyan, a local wood artist. Dinner at Cherkezi Dzor, renowned for fresh fish dishes.

Tour Gyumri’s historic centre, Kumayri, filled with 19th-century charm and artisan shops. Then journey to the Amberd Fortress, a medieval stronghold on Mount Aragats. In the afternoon, stroll through the vineyards of Van Ardi Winery, learn about organic winemaking and taste three varietals. Before returning to Yerevan, stop by the fruit market and cap off the evening with khurjin (a lavash-wrapped meat and veggie pouch).

Begin at the rock-carved Geghard Monastery, a marvel of medieval architecture and acoustics. Visit the pagan Garni Temple, set on a gorge edge, then take part in a lavash-baking class and enjoy freshly prepared Armenian trout for lunch. Return to Yerevan for a tasting at the famed Ararat Brandy Factory. End your day browsing traditional crafts at the Vernissage open-air market. Farewell dinner.
