On your first day, you'll start with Abhyanga Snana, a full-body massage using medicated oils that stimulate circulation and ease joint stiffness. Afterward, enjoy a Herbal Steam Bath, which detoxifies the body and promotes a glowing complexion. The second day follows a similar routine with another session of Abhyanga Snana and Herbal Steam Bath, further detoxifying and relaxing your body. In the evening, indulge in Shirodhara with Thalam again to deepen your relaxation and clear mental fog, enhancing clarity and calmness. 

Today, you’ll experience Podikizhi, a herbal powder bundle massage that targets stiffness, joint pain and inflammation. This treatment is followed by another round of Shirodhara with Thalam to soothe the nervous system and promote relaxation. 

The fourth day introduces Ksheera Dhara, where medicated milk is poured over your body, helping to cool, nourish and deeply relax you. Before this, you’ll enjoy another round of Podikizhi which further promotes detoxification and muscle relaxation. 

On the fifth day, Podikizhi is repeated, continuing its benefits for detoxification and relieving muscle pain. Afterward, indulge in another soothing Ksheera Dhara which further enhances relaxation and nourishes your skin and nervous system. 

Day six focuses on Udwarthanam, a herbal powder massage designed for detoxification and weight loss. It helps stimulate your metabolism while toning the body. This is followed by Naranga Kizhi, where warm lemon bundles are massaged over the body to ease joint pain and inflammation. 

On your final day, you'll experience Udwarthanam once again to complete the detox process and further tone the body. You’ll also enjoy a final session of Naranga Kizhi, which continues to reduce stiffness and joint pain, leaving you feeling completely rejuvenated and balanced.
