Post breakfast proceed towards Gulbarga, which is located some 200 kilometers away from Hyderabad is a city famous for its ancient temples and other medieval monuments. On your way to Gulbarga, take a detour to Bidar which is best known for its handicrafts and spectacular sites. You will be seeing here the Asthur tombs, Bidar Fort and the Madrassa of Mahmud Gawan. See, the Golgumbaz the tomb of Adil Shah with fascinating acoustics on the upper level; Ibrahim Roza the tomb of Ibrahim Adil Shah, constructed on a single stone; the Jama Masjid - the oldest mosque of the Deccan. Post this, drive south from Bijapur towards Badami via Pattadakal and Aihole. Upon arriving in Badami, check-in at the hotel relax.

On this day, drive off to the spectacular Chikmagalur from Shimoga. Located on the foothills of Mullayanagiri Mountains, Chikmagalur is a place teeming with natural beauty, offering umpteen opportunities for nature walks treks. The remaining day is at your leisure.

This morning you will be visiting the Hoysala temples of Belur and Halebid, known for their fine architecture and exquisite carvings. Overnight you will be staying at the hotel.
