    Begin at a young family-run wine estate around 45 minutes from Bologna. Learn about their production methods and sample wines from their range, including Chardonnay, Pignoletto and Albana.
     
    Continue to the second winery, a long-established estate known for combining traditional and innovative production methods. Hear about the history of the vineyard on a guided tour and sample the distinctive interpretations of Sangiovese di Romagna. Your tastings will be paired with localgourmet produce, such as cured sausage and soft and hard chees es for a delicious lunch.
     
    Continue to the picturesque Medieval village of Dozza, known for its charming architecture and contemporary paintings on the walls houses and squares. You will have the opportunity for an additional wine tasting (at additional charge) in the ancient cellars of the Fortress of Dozza.
